Domestic shipping is calculated at check out based on weight. All packages are shipped via USPS. We currently do not offer international shipping.
We do not ship furniture and oversized items; they are only available for pick up at our shop in Austin, TX.
If you need your oversized items delivered in the Austin area, we have a recommended mover. Just ask for details!
HOLDS and PURCHASING
Please contact us at email@example.com or call the shop at (512) 243-5209 if you wish to place an item on hold. Items can be placed on hold for 24 hours.
All vintage sales are final. All merchandise is sold as-is, and we do not offer returns or exchanges.
For new items, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return or exchange an item.
For in-store pick up, sold items must be retrieved within 7 days. After 7 days, we can keep the item in the shop for an additional storage fee. After 30 days without pick-up, the item is considered abandoned.
