Domestic shipping is calculated at check out based on weight. All packages are shipped via USPS. We currently do not offer international shipping.
We do not ship furniture and oversized items; they are only available for pick up at our shop in Austin, TX.
All vintage/pre-owned sales are final. All merchandise is sold as-is, and we do not offer returns or exchanges.
For new items, please contact us (email@example.com) within 14 days of purchase if you wish to return or exchange an item. The item must be in the condition it was received (unused / unopened) to be eligible for a return. Items can be returned in-store or via mail (customer is responsible for the cost of shipping).
Once the item is received, the refund will be processed back on the same form of payment used for initial purchase.
If you need your oversized items delivered in the Austin area, we have a recommended mover. Just ask for details!
HOLDS and PURCHASING
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the shop at (512) 243-5209 if you wish to place an item on hold. Items can be placed on hold for 24 hours.
For in-store pick up, sold items must be retrieved within 7 days. After 7 days, we can keep the item in the shop for an additional storage fee. After 30 days without pick-up, the item is considered abandoned and no refund can be offered.
