SHIPPING
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping cost is calculated at check out based on size and weight, and packages are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

Be sure your package is shipped to a secure location. We are not responsible for delayed, stolen, or lost packages. Please contact carrier if you have any issues with your shipment.

LOCAL BROOKLYN PICK-UP
We offer in-store pick up at our shop in Red Hook, Brooklyn located at 317 Van Brunt Street. Select "pick up" during checkout.

Orders placed Thursday - Sunday will be available same day or next day. Orders placed Monday - Wednesday will be available starting the Thursday of that week. 

You'll receive a pick-up notification as soon as your order is ready, and you can retrieve it anytime during our regular shop hours (Thursday - Sunday, 12-6PM).

RETURNS
All vintage/secondhand ("found objects") sales are final.
All merchandise is sold as-is, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please read product condition and dimensions carefully before making a purchase.

For new (non-vintage/secondhand) items, please contact us (hello@openinviteshop.com) within 14 days of purchase if you wish to return or exchange an item. The item must be in the condition it was received (unused / unopened) to be eligible for a return. Items can be returned to our Brooklyn shop or via mail (customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping).

Once the item is received, the refund will be processed back on the same form of payment used for initial purchase.
