Returns & Exchanges

New, non-vintage/antique items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase or delivery. The item must be unused and in original packaging. Items can be returned to our Brooklyn shop or via mail (customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping).

Once the item is approved and received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

All Found Object sales are final. This includes vintage, antique and secondhand items. All merchandise is sold as-is, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please read product condition and dimensions carefully before making a purchase.
