Refund policy

All vintage/secondhand ("found objects") sales are final. All merchandise is sold as-is, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please read product condition and dimensions carefully before making a purchase.

For new (non-vintage/secondhand) items, please contact us (hello@openinviteshop.com) within 14 days of purchase if you wish to return or exchange an item. The item must be in the condition it was received (unused / unopened) to be eligible for a return. Items can be returned to our Brooklyn shop or via mail (customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping).

Once the item is received, the refund will be processed back on the same form of payment used for initial purchase.
