Be sure your package is shipped to a secure location. Open Invite is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen in transit once picked up by UPS or USPS. Please contact the carrier if you have any issues with your shipment.

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping cost is calculated at check out based on size and weight, and packages are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

Free shipping for orders over $250. 

Brooklyn Pick-Up
We offer in-store pick up at our shop in Red Hook, Brooklyn located at 317 Van Brunt Street. Select "pick up" during checkout.

You'll receive a notification as soon as your order is ready*, and you can collect it anytime during our regular shop hours (Thursday - Sunday, 12-6PM).

*Orders placed Thursday - Saturday will be available same day or next day. Orders placed Sunday - Wednesday will be available starting that upcoming Thursday at 12PM.
