Shipping policy

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping cost is calculated at check out based on size and weight, and packages are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

Be sure your package is shipped to a secure location. Open Invite is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen in transit once picked up by UPS or USPS. Please contact the carrier if you have any issues with your shipment.

Brooklyn Pick-Up
We offer in-store pick up at our shop in Red Hook, Brooklyn located at 317 Van Brunt Street. Select "pick up" during checkout.

You'll receive a notification as soon as your order is ready*, and you can pick it up anytime during our regular shop hours (Thursday - Sunday, 12-6PM).

*Orders placed Thursday - Saturday will be available same day or next day. Orders placed Sunday - Wednesday will be available starting the upcoming Thursday.
